Payment

Shop online at Scent-sation Wax in complete confidence as all online payments are 100% secure. You can either pay using your card through our secure servers or through PayPal.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is 3-5 working days, In most cases it is much sooner. In exceptional circumstances such as illness or prolonged power failure, turn around may be extended but customers will always be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping

Our standard shipping price is £5.00 for as many items as you want! We ship our products out with Royal Mail mostly. Couriers need to be used from time to time. Even if the rate we charge exceeds the cost of sending via Royal Mail, we use the excess amount to cover our package supply costs. Orders over £100 are shipped free of charge UK mainland only - we do ship international so don’t hesitate to email us for more information. 

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Customers have 30 working days from date of receipt of item(s) to contact us in regards to a return. 

Items need to be returned to us as received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not liable for any damages or loss incurred by returning the item(s) to us.

No refunds given, only exchanges.

Faulty Electrical Goods

If you are experiencing any electrical faults you have upto 12 months to let us know for us to exchange your item.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Free Delivery - Margam, Taibach, Port Talbot, Cwmavon, Fairfield, Baglan, Sandfields, Briton Ferry & Certain areas in Neath (Please contact before ordering if you are unsure if we deliver to your area! Minimum of £10 spend applies or £2 delivery charge will be added at the checkout.
